1. Pick package A, B or C
2. Fill out your personal information clearly
3. Order the ENTIRE LIST (package C) or for packages A & B check off the names on the back side of this sheet of the people to whom you want to send Mishloach Manos.
4. NEW Reciprocity (Left someone off your list? The Reciprocity program can help. If you selected packages A or B and someone sent you a package, to whom you did not send, you will have the option to send them a package in return. Please specify below if you would like to participate and we will contact you after March 4th)
5. Payment must be received by March 4th 2011.
6. Family and friends in Israel and abroad can now take part in our Mishloach Manos campaign! Please let your family and friends know they can order Mishloach Manos for any KSY member by contacting Sharon Bodzin (contact below).
